At Packaging Bee, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.


🕒 Return Window

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.


✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
  • A valid order number and proof of purchase are required.
  • Photo evidence is needed for damaged or incorrect products.
  • Returns must be approved by our customer service team before shipment.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom printed packaging
  • Personalized or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@packagingbee.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a pre-paid return shipping label.
  4. Ship the product back within 3 working days of RAN approval.

🚚 Return Shipping (Free)

  • Packaging Bee provides free return shipping for all eligible orders.
  • Customers do not need to pay for return postage unless the product was damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

💰 Refund Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
  • No restocking fees apply to returns.

🔁 Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, contact info@packagingbee.com with your order details.


🌍 Applicable Countries

This policy applies to customers in the United States.
Separate policies may apply for other countries.
